Will I be charged automatically after 14 days?
No. Kustmr does not start a paid subscription automatically. The workspace owner must choose the required subscription quantity and complete payment through Stripe to continue after the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace pauses until the owner activates a subscription. No payment is taken without confirmation.
Are all features included?
Yes. Every licensed user receives access to the complete Kustmr product. There are no Starter, Pro or Business feature tiers.
What is an active user?
An active user is a team member with a licensed seat assigned in the workspace.
How are licensed seats managed?
The workspace owner manages the purchased subscription quantity through Stripe and assigns the available licenses to users inside Kustmr.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The displayed price is $23.75 per active user/month with applicable taxes included.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The workspace owner can manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe billing portal.
Can you help us migrate?
Yes. Written onboarding, CSV import guidance and help configuring your workspace are included at no additional cost.
Can I add or remove users later?
Yes. You can manage your team and assign available licensed seats as your needs change. Changes to the purchased subscription quantity are managed through Stripe.
